With over 25 years of experience in the Sport, Exercise, and Health industry, Margaret (Marg) brings a wealth of knowledge, practical expertise, and a deeply personalised approach to every client she works with.
Her career has spanned roles as an Exercise Physiologist, Sport Scientist at the NSW Institute of Sport, Lecturer, Head Teacher, and Personal Trainer. This broad experience equips her to work with a wide range of clients—from elite athletes and rehabilitation patients to everyday people seeking improved movement and strength.
Marg focuses on helping individuals achieve their health and performance goals through customised, evidence-based programs. Her approach seamlessly blends rehabilitation and performance, ensuring clients receive well-rounded support no matter their starting point.
She is passionate about lifelong learning and continually seeks out new knowledge to support her clients better. Her most recent professional development includes a specialised course in women’s hormones and exercise, enhancing her ability to support female clients through all stages of life—from pre and postpartum to perimenopause and menopause.
Marg’s current work is centred around her own Exercise Physiology and Pilates business, where she provides personal training, consulting, and tailored online programs. Known for her analytical thinking and safe, effective program design, Marg empowers every client to move with confidence and purpose.
